By accessing and using Synerqalivora's financial planning services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions

We provide subscription-based financial planning services including personal consultations and analytical reviews of your financial situation

Services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion

• Have legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Provide accurate and complete information

Payment Terms

Subscription fees are charged monthly in advance at RM 250 per month, inclusive of applicable taxes

• We accept major credit cards and bank transfers as payment methods
• Payment is due on the same date each month as your initial subscription
• Refunds are not available for partial months of service

Disclaimers

Our services are provided subject to the following disclaimers

We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for purpose

Limitation of Liability

Our liability to you is limited to the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the preceding 12 months

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your use of our services

Alternative Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved as follows

Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription with 30 days written notice

Upon termination, access to services will cease at the end of the current billing period

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia

Malaysian courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings

Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining terms shall remain in effect

Entire Agreement

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Synerqalivora regarding our services

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time with reasonable notice to users

Material changes will be communicated via email or website notification
